Jon Olafson

Jón Ólafsson is a composer/producer from Reykjavík, also known as a member of the legendary group Nýdönsk.  He has been busy in the icelandic music scene for the last 25 years ; doing scores for film,tv and theater, producing for other artists as well as releasing his own singer/songwriter albums.   About 300 of his songs have been released in Iceland including numerous hits.  Besides his musical career Jón  has been hosting tv and radioshows through the years; introducing Icelandic music to his audience.
